Wilmington Trust Hires Jane Snyder, Continuing M&A Expansion on West Coast

Wilmington Trust hired Jane Snyder as a senior relationship manager as the firm continues to expand its M&A services on the West Coast. Snyder will manage escrow and paying agent transactions on the global M&A product team, and will be based in Wilmington Trusts Corporate Trust office in Costa Mesa, Calif.
Snyder has more than 20 years of experience in finance. She comes to Wilmington Trust from Deutsche Bank, where she was manager of their M&A and escrow team on the West Coast. Previously, she was the administrative manager of public finance for Orange County, Calif., assistant treasurer for Bank of New York, and senior trust administrator for Bankers Trust Company.
Snyder earned a bachelors degree in economics from the University of California, Irvine.
