Michael Marquardt Receives Highest Credential from National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD)

With this distinction as an NACD Board Leadership Fellow, Mr. Marquardt joins an elite group of corporate directors and corporate governance professionals, having demonstrated his knowledge of the leading trends and practices that define exemplary corporate governance.
Mr. Marquardt currently serves as a director on two corporate boards: Commonwealth Trust Company, an independent trust company based in Delaware with more than US$ 17 billion in assets under administration, and Asia Assistance International, a healthcare logistics and medical assistance company based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with offices in ten countries throughout the Asia-Pacific region, where he has served as the independent non-executive chairman since 2007.
He also serves on the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN) national board as well as the American Cancer Societys South Atlantic Division board.
