A dedicated team leader who brings over a decade of hospitality experience to the new position, Florio will oversee sales and event operations for the property, coordinating with hotel staff and guests to help ensure that Hyatt Regency Greenwich remains an iconic destination for years to come.

Florio received her degree in Business Administration at Marist College in 2004. She also took time to study abroad at Dublin Business School and continues to use her knowledge of business to help benefit Hyatt. As Director of Sales at Andaz 5th Avenue, and Associate Director at Grand Hyatt New York, she proved to be an exceptional mentor and coach. Florio is passionate about a sales culture which develops and inspires team members to exceed expectations and goals. With over a decade of hospitality experience, shes a proven leader in the field and a vital new addition to the team at Hyatt Regency Greenwich.
