Access Media 3 Appoints Alan Rosenberg as Chief Executive Officer; Enters Transition Phase

Access Media, 3, Inc. (AM3) announced today that the Companys Board of Directors has appointed Alan Rosenberg as AM3s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Rosenberg brings more than 20 years of industry experience to AM3; he has succeeded, for both public and private companies, in a full range of strategic, financial, marketing, sales, and operations capacities.

Alans appointment, which is supported by AM3s senior lenders, comes at a time when the Company is working with its senior lenders to transition the Company to ensure exceptional service and increased benefits for the Companys valued suppliers, customers and employees for years to come. The Company, with the continued support of its senior lenders, expects this transition process to be completed within 30 days. Mr. Rosenberg has deep experience leading companies through similar processes and is thrilled to be chosen by the Board to lead the business.

Mr. Rosenberg recently was the CEO of Business Only Broadband, where he steered the company from its entrepreneurial roots to a high growth, scalable corporation that he successfully sold to Windstream in late 2014. Mr. Rosenberg previously served in numerous roles at Global Crossing as a key member of the executive restructuring team that transformed Global Crossing, with responsibility for product, sales, engineering, and customer support organizations and a $ 2 billion global P&L. Mr. Rosenberg started his career at AT&T, where over 16 years he engaged in outsourcing of multi-billion dollar contracts with CitiGroup, Merrill Lynch, and JP Morgan; led AT&Ts global account sales engineering organization responsible for 40% of AT&Ts data revenue; and managed the launch of AT&Ts InterSpan Frame Relay and Remote Access Service, REACT.

Mr. Rosenberg received a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland. He also received a Master of Science degree of Telecommunications from Stevens Institute of Technology, and executive business certifications from Carnegie Mellon University and London Business School.

Mr. Rosenberg succeeds Scott Rediger, who had served as CEO with AM3 since the companys inception.
